Jamavar takes its name from the exquisite woven shawls of Kashmir – intricate and rich in detail. This spirit of craftsmanship and artistry is woven into every aspect of the experience, from the kitchen to the table.

At Jamavar Dubai, our Executive Chef Surender Mohan curates a menu that evolves with the seasons, celebrating the richness and diversity of India’s regional cuisine, while thoughtfully incorporating the finest locally sourced produce. Each dish is more than a creation on the plate; it is an invitation to experience heritage through a contemporary lens.
Rooted in tradition yet reimagined with intention, every preparation carries the essence of generations, expressed through precision, warmth, and craft.

Chandni Chowk Ki Aloo Tikki

Crisp potato tikki served with spiced white peas, creamy yoghurt, and a vibrant medley of tamarind and mint chutneys for a bold, street-inspired elegance.

Tellicherry Pepper & Garlic Soft Shell Crab

Crispy soft shell crab spiced with bold Tellicherry pepper and garlic, served with plum chutney, garlic chips, and a house-made garlic pickle.

Malai Stone Bass Tikka

Delicately charred stone bass tikka, enriched with mace and green cardamom, paired with creamy avocado and refreshing mint chutney for a refined coastal finish.

Old Delhi Butter Chicken

Char-grilled chicken simmered in a rich tomato and fenugreek sauce, reimagining Old Delhi’s iconic butter chicken with depth, warmth, and finesse.
