A Commemoration of the British Game
We will be serving an array of game a la carte dishes as well as a limited-edition six-course tasting menu expertly blended with Jamavar’s signature Pan-Indian flavours, championing the highest quality game by our Executive Chef Surender Mohan.
Feast on dishes such as our pheasant fry served with allam pachadi, bedki chilli and crunchy poppadum; rabbit reshmi kebab with cumin, kale and sprout salad and our duck vindaloo, starring braised supreme of mallard duck and coconut vinegar. To complement the dining experience, a decadent chocolate mousse served with guanaja, sesame and vanilla ice cream and a range of hand-selected wines from our resident sommelier.
