Drawing inspiration from the Viceroy’s home in New Delhi, Jamavar brings the essence of palatial Indian dining to Downtown Dubai, with an opulent design enriched by the intricate patterns of Jamavar shawls and hand-cut marquetry. Set across a glamorous dining hall, an intimate bar, and a serene outdoor terrace, Jamavar offers a refined Indian culinary destination at the heart of Dubai’s vibrant gastronomic scene.
Led by Culinary Director Surender Mohan, Jamavar Dubai presents a captivating journey through pan-Indian cuisine, drawing from the regal kitchens of the North to the bold coastal flavours of the South. This commitment to culinary artistry and warm, intuitive hospitality has earned Jamavar Dubai its first Michelin star, a distinguished accolade that affirms its standing among the city’s most exceptional dining experiences.

The Bar & The Dining Hall
Upon entering the bar, savour the artistry of Jamavar’s signature cocktails, against an enchanting scene of a mirror mural depicting the Indian Tree of Life, rainforest green marble and cast print block tiles, amidst an extensive wine offering.
Meandering further, an 80-seater dining hall adorned with silver leaf mirror paneling and hand-gilded lincrusta wallpaper awaits. The Lutyens-inspired decor, opulent crystal chandeliers, softened with luxurious fabrics create a warm and welcoming ambiance. Featuring two large works by Indian contemporary artist Jayasri Burman, amidst mother-of-pearl pieces, the dining hall at Jamavar Dubai brings an extra touch of opulence to Dubai Opera.
The Terrace
Stepping onto the 40-seater terrace and retreat under our iconic parasols in Jamavar’s signature mango yellow. Enveloped amidst rich tonal hues and lush greenery, the Jamavar terrace invites you to escape while indulging in a delightful array of delicate flavours from across India.
