JAMAVAR’S RESERVATIONS POLICY
1. RESERVATIONS POLICY:
Your table will be booked for 2 hours for parties of 1 to 4, 2.5 hours for parties of 5 to 6 and 3 hours for parties of 7 and above.
Your booking will be allocated indoors or outdoors depending on the availability.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, please notify us to check availability for reallocation.
Bookings will only be secured and confirmed through a valid credit.
Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate any luggage/large bags in the restaurant.
2. OUTDOOR POLICY
Only non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the terrace. You are most welcome to have drinks at our bar. (21 years old and above)
3. KIDS POLICY
Children at the age of 8 and under are welcome in the restaurant until 6pm and are kindly requested to vacate by 8pm.
4. DRESS CODE
Smart-casual. Shirt without sleeves and flip flop are not allowed. U.A.E national dress is welcome.
5. CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A charge of AED 150 per person will apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
6. RESTAURANT CELEBRATION DATES RULES
Lunch & Pre-theater Set Menu, Golden Hour, and Vouchers are not available during the blackout dates.
All UAE public holidays are considered as restaurant blackout dates. This includes but is not limited to: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Arafat Day, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Islamic New Year, Prophet’s Birthday, UAE National Day.
Special celebrations are also considered blackout dates, including 14 February, Easter Weekend (Friday to Sunday), 24, 25, 31 December.
Blackout days are subject to change and at the discretion of the business.
