Chef Mohan will be presenting a bespoke 3-course Chef’s Tasting Menu, available exclusively from October 2nd to 4th. Inspired by India’s signature culinary traditions, the bespoke menu will feature an exquisite blend of new recipes alongside Jamavar’s signature classics such as Bikaneri Paneer Tikka or Murg Malai Kebab for the starter, followed by a choice of Kuttinad Sea Bass Curry or Asparagus & Palak Kofta for the main course. This exclusive journey concludes with the decadent Assam Tea Chocolate Slice, a dessert that promises to leave a lasting impression.
