Inspired by India’s most joyful festival, our specially curated Holi Brunch transforms tradition into an elevated culinary experience, set against the opulent surrounds of our palatial dining room.
Available on 28th Feb, 1st March, 7th March and 8th March from 12:30 pm to 4 pm, this is a brunch designed for gathering, sharing and celebrating in true Jamavar style.
The experience begins with a refreshing Holi Shooters, setting the tone for an afternoon of playful indulgence. Guests are invited to explore a carefully crafted Holi Sampler, From the beloved Dahi Puri to flavour-packed favourites such as Chicken 65, Gilafi Mutton Seekh Kebab, or the vegetarian delights of Paneer 65 and Broccoli Galawat.
For the main course, guests select one signature dish, complemented by comforting accompaniments including Palak Corn, Dal Jamavar, Jeera Pulao, cucumber raita and a freshly baked bread basket. Highlights include the aromatic Murgh Nihari, the robust Sindhi Methi Gosht and the classic Amritsari Chole served with masala poori, each dish layered with depth, warmth and celebration.

The brunch concludes on a celebratory note with the Panna Cotta Palette, a playful dessert inspired by Holi colours, featuring thandai panna cotta, rose and raspberry compote, pistachio and white chocolate crumble finished with saffron and gold dust. Guests are invited to complete the creation themselves, an interactive finale that turns dessert into a moment of artistry and celebration.
Complementing the menu is a spirited beverage selection featuring curated wines, premium house spirits, Kingfisher beer and celebratory cocktails such as the Jamavar Royal Punch, Mango Whisky Sour, and the tropical Coorg Daiquiri.
