Paired with curated wines, this seasonal journey brings together tradition and innovation, memory and flavour – where every bite tells a story of place, season, and soul.

Crafted by Culinary Director & Executive Chef Surender Mohan, this limited-edition menu takes you on a vibrant flavour trail across India — from the foothills of the north to the spice-laden southern shores. It journeys from Maharashtra with the classic street food staple, Aamras Paani Poori to coastal Kerala with Lobster Manga Alleppey and Scallops Mangai Mappas. Bold flavours like Achari Murgh Tikka meet sweet endings with the indulgent Burnt Mango Tart. A thoughtfully crafted vegetarian menu is also available, catering to every taste.
