Famed for its unique approach to Indian cuisine across the sub-continent, Jamavar Doha allows food connoisseurs to immerse themselves in authentic recipes. Our menu showcases India’s Royal kitchens and is led by Specialty Chef Debdash Balaga. His passion for distinctive and rich coastal culture has inspired him to curate a traditional yet novel menu.

Begin our bespoke interactive Royal Seafood Weekend menu with a premium selection of seafood and bursting flavors of rare spices and ingredients such as Arabian Sea Prawns, Turkish Seabass and Canadian Scallops for appetizers. Omani Lobster, Norwegian Salmon and Local Hammour feature as the main course, which are all prepared in guests’ preference of flavor and ingredients with a unique touch. All our mains are served with your choice of side including Konkan Coast Shrimp Biryani, Steamed Basmati or Saffron Pulao and your selection of Indian bread: Kal Dosa, Naan or Kulcha.

This seafood brunch-style experience in Doha, is accompanied by two of our signature mocktails or two hops. To round off your meal nicely, we invite you to indulge in a delicious Coconut Crème Brûlée and Carrot Halwa that will truly satisfy your cravings.
